Standard Tennis Court Annual Maintenance Service

Grass Courts

The annual maintenance service will remove surface debris including any dead moss, decompact the infill to a depth of 5-10mm (dependent on system), lift and open up the synthetic grass carpet fibres and remove a degree of built up contamination from the infill. The sand infill is then evenly redistributed through out the system & top up infill applied if required. The carpet joints & play lines are inspected. This process is best carried out during periods of dry weather & benefits a surface once or twice per annum, depending on in house maintenance regimes, court location and level of use.

Clay Courts

The annual maintenance service will remove any dead moss, decompact the infill to a depth of between 5-10mm , lift and open the stabilisation mat fibres and remove a degree of built up contamination from the infill. Migrated infill is moved from the perimeter edges and run off areas and the fill is evenly distributed through out the system. Top up infill is applied from the clients own stock if required. The stabilisation mat joints and play lines are inspected. This process is best carried out during periods of dry weather and benefits a surface once or twice per annum depending on the diligence of players “ after play drag brushing”, in-house maintenance regimes, court location and usage.

The annual maintenance service can be combined with other processes to form part of a full annual maintenance package.
