The Marlborough School redevelopment in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea delivered alongside arhictect Dixon Jones and Landscapers Macgregor-Smith and in partnership with Mace Construction a total area of 1792 m2 of Artificial Grass and Wet Pour Rubber.
The Governors of St Mary Magdalene CE Primary School understood that their existing tarmac playground was outdated and represented a risk to the children to some extent. They wanted to give the children a modern synthetic grass MUGA that could be used safely for sports and play.
Manby Lodge Infant School had parts of the school grounds that were undulating and suffered from waterlogging during the winter months. As a consequence the areas were left unused and became derelict so much so that parts had to be sectioned off from students.
